As a Technical Engineer, I am in charge of building IT infrastructure for retail customers within their business requirements. I am involved at several levels during the whole customer onboarding process such as pre-sales, build, run and evolution. I am also training team members to run these infrastructures and I assure a role of technical support escalation. I maintain team’s internal tools and templates in order to keep high velocity during build and evolution phases
